How to consume and use Walnut Bio?
- Take the drops on an empty stomach, 1/2 h before meals, 2 to 3 times a day, pure or diluted in spring water or honey. For best results, take them directly on the tongue and wait a few seconds before swallowing.
- Gradually increase the dosage (1 drop per day from 5 drops) up to 15 or even 20 drops. When the desired result is obtained, keep the same number of drops until the end of the course of treatment.
- We generally recommend a course of treatment of at least 3 weeks, repeated 3 times, with a week's rest between each course of treatment.
